Emma is passionate about HR and Horses which is why she is The Horsey HR Lady.
Emma works with the equine sector as an outsourced HR department. She is also an auditor for the HR reporting ISO and wants to help organisations make better use of the HR Data that they hold on their teams whether this is improving their HR reports or working with them to move from reactive to predictive reporting.
